Are you a professional consultant who assists surgeons and distributors by participating in live surgeries for promotional demonstrations or educational training involving DORC equipment? Do you have a background in providing onsite technical support? Are you experienced in cross-selling? Then read on and become our new Clinical Application Specialist in Andalusia Spain.
Main responsibilities:
- Train DORC end users (surgeons and nursing staff) to safely use DORC products and ensure training commitments are met.
- Demonstrate equipment to doctors and hospital staff, with opportunities for cross-selling.
- Provide technical support during tenders and assist at workshops and congresses.
- Report training, and competitor activities to the Regional Director and Headquarters.
- Stay updated on new instruments, disposables, and surgical techniques.
- Promote and introduce new DORC products to existing and potential clients.
Skills, knowledge and experience:
- Minimum 2 years in Medical Sales or Clinical Applications (Ophthalmology experience required)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- At least B2 level in English (verbal & written)
- Strong training, presentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of mechanics & technical issues or eagerness to learn eye surgery technical solutions
- Customer- and service-oriented with a positive can-do attitude
