Working together at DORC
In almost 40 years, DORC (Dutch Ophthalmic Research Center) has grown from a manufacturer of ophthalmic instruments established in Rotterdam into the world-leader in this field. We have a flat, informal organisation: everybody can knock on the door of any of the managers. It is the input from all of us, from team to ophthalmologist, which has led DORC to the current position. Right at the top. And we all are very proud of this achievement. We have worked extremely hard to reach this position and will continue to work our socks off to keep it. And we do this with more than 700 colleagues with over 38 nationalities.

Our aim? To make a real difference in the lives of others. Isn't it wonderful to know that more than 11,000 ophthalmologists worldwide use our advanced products every day? And that they can thereby restore eyesight for their patients? We are grateful to be part of this process.
